Come and join YogaBugs for a fun adventure-style class. We fly on magic birds, take rockets to the moon, float on magic carpets, meet pirates, mermaids and giants. We always have exciting experiences in wonderful places. We include warm ups to prepare ourselves for our travels and we turn grown up yoga postures into animals, fish, trees, mountains and creatures. We use breathing exercises to give us strength and stamina on our missions and learn how proper breathing helps us to us feel calm too and support us in our learning and relaxation.

This workshop is definitely worth making a note of and is a valuable way of introducing yoga to children or maintaining the enthusiasm as they have from being YogaBugs!
