Yin & Yang Yoga – Lunar Practice - with Simon Low

18.00pm - 19.30pm
Admission £10 | Buy Now

Suitable for All levels

Yin & Yang yoga is essential for every student in the cultivation of a ‘balanced’ yoga practice. This workshop will focus predominantly on lunar Yin practices. Simon will share practical and theoretical teachings to nurture our physical and ‘subtle’ anatomies, our seen & unseen beings. Yin yoga offers long, passive meditative posture work on the deep, dense connective tissues of the physical anatomy (tendons, ligaments, facia), simultaneously stimulating the meridian system & energies of the ‘subtle’ anatomy. The session will conclude with a short seated meditation.

Simon will be available on stand no F22
